This series, Let’s Talk About… Genomic Testing, has been developed to cover the key considerations when discussing genomic testing with patients.
Produced in collaboration with genetic counsellor Amanda Pichini, the series is a great introduction for those less familiar with the process of feeding genomic test results back to patients and families.
In this film, we explore the very important consideration that genomic testing, by its nature, can often impact whole families rather than just individuals, with consultant genetic counsellor Dr Laura Boyes, consultant genetic counsellor Kelly Kohut, cardiac genetic nurse and associate director of clinical research Tootie Bueser, and consultant gastroenterologist Dr Kevin Monahan.
